

Is the Login Process Returning You to the Main Page?
First, thank you for attempting to pay your bill via our web site. We have recently made changes so your access is more secure. Unfortunately, certain web browser versions combined with their options and settings seem to cause some users (~5%) to fail to get to the accounts page.
In order to fix this, we ask you to try two different suggestions:
1) After going to www.groot.com, hold down the <Ctrl>-key and hit the <F5>-key. This will force a re-load of the web-pages. Then enter your userid, password and Submit. If it works, you are done!
If this does not work, please try the next steps.
1) Clear the cache files (temporary internet files) and delete all cookies.
2) Reboot your machine.
3) Restart browser and go to www.groot.com. Then enter your userid, password and Submit. If it works, now you are finally done!
If this is not successful, please send an email to info@groot.com. If you can supply us with the following information, we can use it to find the permanent repair:
what browser you use (Internet Explorer Version x, Firefox, AOL, Safari, ...),
what version of Windows (or other) you use. (XP Home, XP Pro, Win2000, WinME, Mac OS.x, ...)
If this is too much trouble, thanks anyway. We will update this note as we get better information.
