Refuse, Recycling & Yard Waste Collection

Refuse: All residents are automatically enrolled in the standard collection program, and will receive a 95 gallon refuse and 65 gallon recycling cart. Additional refuse may be placed in tightly covered metal, or other non-corrosive material, water tight, 32 gallon containers and may not exceed a total weight when filled of forty-five (45) pounds.

Residents may receive an additional recycling or refuse cart. Please contact our Customer Service Department at the number listed below for details.

Senior Discount: Not available

Special Pick Up: Construction Material, 2 cubic yards free - cut 2x4 bundled & tied not to exceed 45 pounds
Bulk items: One per week
Appliances: Must call Customer Service
White Goods: Must call Customer Service

Yard Waste: containers provided by Groot Recycling and Waste Services
Unlimited Yard Waste in green 90 gallon carts or bags may not to exceed 50 pounds

Yard Waste Season: March 15th - December15th

Fox Point, and Chippendale Sub. have 90 gallon carts provided by Groot Recycling and Waste Services, (2 carts & (1) Refuse/(1) Yard Waste).

Recyclable Materials

• If the holiday falls on a Saturday, pickup will stay the same.
• If the holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday will be an off day.
• If the holiday falls on a weekday, service will be delayed until the next day.
