Groot Industries offers a program under which you authorize us to charge your credit card automatically for the full amount billed to your account during your respective billing period. This means your credit card could be charged every two weeks as a mid-month rolloff customer, monthly as a commercial customer, bi-monthly as a residential customer living in certain cities or quarterly for most other residential customers. The automatic payments are made about the 17th and the last day of each month.

If you provide us with your email address, you will receive notification on the day after we apply the charge to your credit card. This email will detail all payments, charges and adjustments to your account since your previous bill and show the amount of the payment made.

Please understand that this program is not associated with the Web payment system. When you fill in the information below, the account number is that which appears on your current bill. If you wish to use the same credit card for multiple accounts, just indicate which accounts to pay in the comment box. If you have any questions, please call any of the numbers shown above to talk to Customer Service.
